* Mr. Seo was born in Korea, raised in South America, and educated in the United States. The multi-cultural background motivated Mr. Seo to concentrate his practice to the immigration law. In his more than 15 years of legal experience, Mr. Seo has obtained approvals for complex immigration cases, previously mis-handled cases, and cases where the reviewing USCIS officer has overlooked the facts or documents of records.

* Mr. Seo once served as Legal Advisor of General Consulate of Republic of Korea, Chicago, and Legal Advisor for Federation of Korean-American Association (USA). Mr. Seo is the 33rd president of the Korean-American Association in Chicago, Illinois. He also received the Republic of Korea President’s Award in 2012.
* Mr. Seo earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School at Costa Mesa, California.
* Mr. Seo is licensed to practice law in Illinois, New York, Georgia, and Texas. Mr. Seo speaks six languages with Korean, English and Spanish at native level.
